Fat rolls are beautiful?? ??I designed a video about them (link within my bio)?? And the reason we’ve been result in believe they aren't is because we don't discover their whereabouts in media unless someone's being shamed for weight gain or ridiculed for their body. This is NOT the truth and never OK. Having rolls of skin / fat which are soft / squidgy or big / small doesn’t define your beauty. I wanted to show you how my body system looks when I'm relaxed and when I'm posing right alongside each other so you can observe how easy it is to control the way a body looks. (I filmed myself doing this for you personally on my small YouTube) As a model in the industry 13years I've seen almost all the pics chosen of me for lingerie & swimwear shoots are the ones where my stomach looks flattest. Which for a long time lead me to believe that's the way i should look. Because even when Used to do happen to have several shots where I'm ready you can observe back fat or rolls someone had decided it's more "beautiful" "aspirational" or inspires more people to buy the product if those what are known as "flaws" don't exist. But things are changing I recall the very first time I saw curvier models in editorials using their rolls and back fat and that i remember the very first time I shot with @aerie and they wanted me not to pose but be real and just myself. When I saw my first campaign with them and that i could see my unretouched body – pics with rolls / back fat I'm not gonna lie I was shocked. That quickly turned into joy because they helped me feel good enough and knew that those "flaws" didn't mean I wasn't beautiful actually showing that their models didn't need to be "flawless" was incredibly empowering. So thank you #AerieReal and everyone who created the movement it's not just game changing but life changing ILY?? And that's why after i started my insta about 3years ago I come up with #everyBODYisbeautiful bc we’re a lot more than the sum of the our perfections many of us are beautiful equal souls residing in imperfectly perfect bodies.

I’ve something to tell you… I’ve got a dessert baby! Haha! ?? . ?? Around the left is my belly when I'm not bloated & standing having a "tight tummy" or what I call "good posture". . ?? On the right is my tummy VERY bloated after consuming dessert yesterday! (It had been SO worth it by the way ??). . Me 1% of times vs. 99% of the time. And that i love both photos equally. Good or bad angles don't change your worth ?? Recently i discovered articles referring to how one woman stated she refuses to accept her flaws, because she doesn't see them as flaws at all. I LOVED that because it sends such a powerful message our belly rolls, cellulite, stretch marks are nothing to apologize for, to be embarrassed with, in order to be obsessive about getting rid of! As I'm growing older, I’ve cellulite and stretch marks that aren't going away, and that i welcome them. They represent a life fully lived (for 28 years so far :)) and a healthy life and the body at this. How can I be mad inside my body for perfectly normal "flaws"? This is strong, can run miles, can lift and squat and push and pull weight around, and it's happy not just because of the way it looks, but due to the way it feels. Then when you approach your trip, I want you to keep in mind this stuff: I will not punish my body I will fuel it’ will challenge it AND I will love it ?????? BLOATING ?? I've been feeling pretty stressed recent years weeks and have had to deal with severe bloating most days, unsure why ?? But yesterday it hit a whole new level ?? I want this photo to prove that no, I don't walk around with abs every single day. In fact, it's a shock if I have them by lunchtime ?? (this is me standing normally, not pushing my stomach out) So just a little reminder to use IG for inspiration and to keep you motivated rather than to compare yourself to! A bad day yesterday led me to comfort eat all day – binge eating at it's finest I say to you ?? We're only human and all of us slip up sometimes. I had been about to get annoyed at myself then @claudetteannaliese reminded me 'one day will not make you disappear track' which is SO ???? FLIPPING ???? TRUE ???? If you have a day of eating whatever you want.. WHO CARES! Awaken the next day, make a plan and obtain to it ???? As I've clearly proved, everyone experiences the exact same struggles! We're all here to support each other through the good AND the bad ???? . Oh and soz concerning the red face/wet hair look ?? Pic was taken post workout! If someone has any strategies for cutting out particular foods from bloating please tell me ?????

20 hour transformation photo ???? Since it's the next day thanksgiving I figured it'd be appropriate to talk about this photo ?? The first photo was taken yesterday morning we have spent out, the second was at night after consuming a whole bunch of food with my whole tummy relaxed and the third was today again we have spent out ???? I've posted a photo like this before but I wanted to remind you that it's normal for your stomach to obtain bigger after large meals which our bodies don't look the same during the day! I know I recieve pretty bloated taking care of I eat a lot which used to really upset me since i thought there is something wrong with me which nobody else's tummy looked like this after eating but I realised its just not shown or talked about a great deal. So I just wanted to exhibit what my relaxed food baby tummy looks like when compared with my empty, post workout tummy. I'm learning to love my body in ALL its forms, not only when it looks lean and toned since i know I don't seem like that day. It's time for me to like and understand the body I have and stop pursuing "perfection" ?? Anyway, I think you’ll had an incredible thanksgiving, got a bit of delicious food in and spent time with your family and friends!! ????

Let's come on within this Holiday Inn in Portland. I've wanted to execute a post like this for some time. Normally exposing myself such as this would feel mortifying and inappropriate in my experience but given what I've been seeing on the internet and understanding the way young girls and boys are affected by the things they see, well, I feel gone to live in do that. I'm not judging the people that are looking to portray themselves as beautiful, organized, perfect outfitted and thin. (I am talking about I love to scroll through an organizers Instagram.) But a specific item on people's instagrams and Facebook is never the whole picture. People who post photos of the bodies and faces online, have almost always taken about 9 photos hoping getting that perfect angle, that perfect look and then they filter it. Then you definitely see it and also you think "wow she looks amazing", meanwhile the lady that posted it’s frantically checking her "likes" and comments. I've tried it myself. We are all guilty. With all this little platform which i have Among the finest to encourage young adults to take themselves using this cycle the very best they are able to. I'm a 35 years old woman. I'm in good shape. I’m able to easily fit in a sample size sometimes. I've had a three abdominal surgeries. An appendectomy after i was 12, a tubal salpingectomy (look it up) when I was 33 and a C section at 34.
