Jen Widerstrom's Dumbbell Circuit

Who says you have to spend hours during a workout session for a complete total-body workout? Not Jen Widerstrom, celebrity trainer, Biggest Loser host, and author of Diet Suitable for Your Personality Type. Widerstrom’s dumbbell circuit workout torches fat and works muscles on your body in only seven minutes.?

Widerstrom recommends beginning with dumbbells that weigh between 5 and 15 pounds. Even though you normally lift heavier weights, she advises sticking to this range due to the fast pace and reps necessary for this routine.?

The circuit workout is broken down into three parts: three sets with three moves in every. Each being active is performed for 25 seconds, along with some rest among each set.?
