However the best part is?the crazy choreography, which features dancers hanging in the ceiling and falling into water-and a whole routine performed on exercise balls.

The dancers?bounce from the balls as?they perform moves (including twirls and back bends) in unison-talk about core strength! Elliott points out in her caption the dancers didn’t know they were being filmed at the time (they thought these were just rehearsing) and also the routine is still flawless.
