Jillian Michaels Slams Diet plans and Urges People 'Do Not Do Keto'

If you’re looking to lose fat before bikini season officially starts, Jillian Michaels says purchasing a dietary fads, like keto, isn’t right choice.

The personal fitness trainer and Just Jillian star explained her applying for grants the low-carb, moderate protein and high-fat diet while guest starring on PEOPLE TV.
