Fitness Star Anna Victoria Shares Photo of Her?Belly Rolls: ‘How I Am 99% of the Time’

Anna Victoria, the insanely popular Instagram star and fitness blogger behind Fit Body Guides, has shared two side-by-side photos to remind us that yep,?everyone?gets stomach rolls.?Within the first snap,?she’s?standing up,?turned partially to 1 side, with her famous abs looking perfectly toned. In the second photo, taken on Snapchat, she’s sitting down, relaxed; the text on the photo reads?”+ an ordinary angle [jazz hands emoji]?how I am 99% of the time.”

Me 1% of times vs. 99% of times. And that i love both photos equally. Good or bad angles don't improve your worth ?? I recently came across articles talking about how one woman stated she will not accept her flaws, because she doesn't see them as flaws whatsoever. I LOVED that since it sends this type of powerful message that our belly rolls, cellulite, stretchmarks aren’t anything to apologize for, to become embarrassed with, in order to be obsessive about getting rid of! As I'm getting older, I have cellulite and stretch marks that aren't disappearing, and that i welcome them. They represent an existence fully lived (for 28 years to date :)) along with a healthy life and body at this. How can I be mad at my body for perfectly normal "flaws"? This is strong, can run miles, can lift and squat and push and pull weight around, and it's happy not just because of the way it looks, but because of the way it feels. Then when you approach your trip, I want you to keep in mind these things: I won’t punish my body I’ll fuel it I will challenge it AND I’ll love it ?????? If you're following my page, you're part of helping me spread this message and creating this movement – thanks. #fbggirls www.annavictoria.com/guides

The body-positive post quickly went viral, racking up a lot more than 200,000 likes in Twenty four hours. And it’s not?the very first time Victoria has shared photos of herself at “unflattering” angles. Her goal: as one example of?that much of the items we have seen in the fitness community on social media?is what people seem like only a small percentage of times, when?they’re posing within the best possible lighting.

In yesterday’s post, Victoria wrote that she loves both of the?selfies, and continued to explain why she appreciates her entire body, “flaws” and all: “I have cellulite and stretch marks that aren’t disappearing, and that i welcome them. They represent a life fully lived (for 28 years so far :)) and a healthy life and the body at this. How do i be mad inside my body for perfectly normal ‘flaws’?”

She also took the chance to drive home the reality that a healthy body is all about so much?more than good angles: “This is strong, can run miles, can lift and squat and push and pull weight around, and it is happy not only because of how it looks, but due to how it feels,” she wrote.

Victoria ended her caption?by having an inspiring mantra?that she hopes her followers?will remember on their own personal?fitness journeys: “I will not punish my body system. I’ll fuel it. I will challenge it. And that i will love it.” That’s worth saying again, and again.
